About Me

A peek at who you’re working with

5 Fast facts🏎️

alt="priscilla tan freelance b2b saas writer singapore"

Fact #5: I'm awkward in photos 🤪

I launched my writing career a decade ago and it conked out before I could even register my business.

Then I read The Boron Letters that said we should always try things at least twice — and it reshaped my life in every possible way.

So I gave the writing biz another whirl… and it worked! Story for another time. 😉

Today, I work with the mar- and salestech companies you admire *and secretly want to beat*..

01

Marketing practitioner ⚒️

I worked at a bootstrapped startup before freelancing as a B2B SaaS writer. A marketing team of one, I handled content, PR, copywriting, web design, event marketing, emails, PPC, social media, and even the occasional sales.

02

Aspiring colored pencil artist 🎨

I rekindled my love for colored pencils after a 10-week workshop at LASALLE. There’s just something joyful about indulging in a childhood hobby, don’t you agree? 😊

03

Micro book reviewer 📚

I’m also a huuuuge fan of books, especially women-led fiction. I love them so much that I pen reviews about them on IG, @priscillaandherbooks. My favorite authors include Charlotte McConaghy, Balli Kaur Jaswal, and Elif Shafak.

04

AI selective 🧐

I use AI in my research workflows and… that’s pretty much it. I don’t use it in my writing (I’m just not a fan of formulaic writing 🤷🏻‍♀️).

I much rather rely on my intuition. That’s how I keep your writing fresh and engaging. 💫

“Priscilla’s been a major asset to our blog content creation.
She always kills it, so it’s worth every penny!”

Content not only raved by clients *but also* editors, readers, and leaders

What people say

Slack comment from Keri, an editor I worked with for a $80M revenue tech company

"Priscilla did a post about lightroom alternatives and got some good insights into how users used the products, what some problems were that some products solved, and so on. She wrote it so well I thought she used the products herself."

Email from Tom, a subject matter expert I interviewed for an article about messaging maps

"I like how you incorporated the different inputs into a wider piece including your own expertise (as opposed to just publishing a listicle of opinions)—really makes for a valuable article. In a perfect world that would just be the norm, but I feel compelled to give some kudos to you here, given that quality can be harder to find nowadays!"

Article feedback from Tommy, an editor turned content leader, whom I hired to review my articles

"You incorporate the product really well. It’s weaved in in a very organic way and that is difficult to find. Your setups with the problem the product solves are great, and your transition into the product as a payoff is really smooth, so keep that up."

Tweet from Lidia, a reader and an SEO consultant and speaker

"I really like this article by @contentkapow on content optimization! it starts with the very basic question of "what we are optimizing for?" and provides best practices to optimize for traffic, conversions, and engagement."

Every step of the way—from briefs to uploads

Never get left hanging. Paid trial article or a long-term collab, you’ll work with a writer who will be with you every step of the way.

1️⃣ Whip up a contract and create a shared folder on Google Drive.

In this folder, you’ll find:

  • Assets: Your buyer persona, ICP, tone guide, etc.
  • Brief: Either your own or mine
  • Questionnaire: 8-question template where you share your content goals and what’s happening in your business

2️⃣ Review the brief + outline and send you the invoice

3️⃣ Write the article while you sit back and relax. Once done, I’ll assign you the first draft via Google Docs.  You share your feedback and I edit accordingly.

Once that’s done, you decide if you want to extend our content collab. 😁

My Q1 2026 is open. Email me at priscilla@contentkapow.com or drop your message in this contact form.

Absolutely. I recommend this to all new clients. If we’re a fit, I’ll draw up a longer contract.

At the very least:

  • Goal
  • Headline
  • Overview of content
  • Target & secondary keywords *blog post only
  • Searcher’s intent *blog post only
  • Success criteria
  • Main takeaways
  • Word count

Don’t worry about this if you don’t have a content brief. I’ll send over a template for you to fill in.
